At United Senior Services, we invite all eligible Clark County adults to become active members and enjoy the many opportunities we offer. Whether you’re interested in fitness and aquatics, travel, educational programs, cards, crafts, or simply connecting with friends, your annual membership provides exceptional value and supports a vibrant, engaged community.
Who Can Join?
If you are 55 years of age or better and live in Clark County, you are eligible to join today!
Membership Requirements
To keep membership records current and ensure the safety of all participants, signed waiver forms are required for all members each year.
How to Submit Your Form:
- Download, complete, and sign the membership form using the link below
- Mail your signed form with your membership dues to:
125 W. Main St, Springfield, OH 45502
Attn: Member Services - OR deliver your completed form to your nearest USS location
No printer? No problem!
Pick a membership form up during regular business hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Renewing Members
All members are required to complete and sign a new membership form and pay annual dues each calendar year.
Annual Membership Rates:
- Clark County residents: $15
- Out-of-county residents: $75
